As an Account Manager, you will lead strategic account growth, orchestrating multi-threaded relationships and solution positioning that accelerate revenue. You will coach peers, remove technical and commercial blockers, and align enablement to drive pipeline quality and forecast accuracy. You will champion data-driven decisions that improve win rates and customer satisfaction.

You will:
- Run executive discovery and value mapping; build multi-product proposals tied to outcomes.
- Guide complex pricing/terms, configurations, and competitive positioning.
- Lead pipeline reviews and joint activity plans; maintain CRM hygiene for reliable forecasts.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to share customer insights and shape campaigns.

Essential Requirements

2+ years’ experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor’s degree

Proven success in consultative selling and account growth.

Advanced negotiation, objection handling, and executive communication skills.

Ability to analyze territory/account data and convert insights into action.

Proficiency with CRM/CPQ and collaboration across Sales Ops, Marketing, and Support.
