Role Summary:
Reporting to the CEO, LCH SA, and working closely with the COO, this role leads the strategic Business Management function for the CEO Office, ensuring the effective coordination, governance and delivery of LCH SA strategic and operational priorities.
The role acts as Head of CEO Office and central integrator across business lines and functions, driving alignment, performance tracking and high-quality executive deliverables (including Board and regulatory materials).
Executive Governance & Board Delivery

Lead and coordinate Board and internal committee materials ensuring it reflects CEO priorities, key focus points and allow for CEO presentation / decision making

Ensure consistency, quality and compliance of all material produced with Group and regulatory expectations

Support CEO on governance engagement (entity MBR, Division MBR, Markets Leadership Team weekly focus, Group Leaders calls and off site, Markets Portfolio Board etc)
Business Performance & Management Reporting

Design management reporting frameworks and KPIs: create and maintain key decision-making monitor board alongside COO for CEO consumption, own strategic KPI follow up across the entity, provide high quality executive summary where required

Consolidate input into decision-ready executive reporting

Align with Group reporting cycles – no surprise is key
Strategic Planning & Operating Rhythm

Help monitor annual planning and objective-setting driven by the COO for the CEO

Maintain, follow, ensure full CEO readiness across the operating cycle and calendar (commercial, regulatory, operational)

Support COO in coordinating budgets and submissions making sure the CEO priorities are well embedded, reflected and reported on as priorities
Cross-Functional Coordination & Delivery

Act as central coordination point across functions pre discussion with the CEO as required (information must be ready, ask must be clear, stakes and timelines thought through)

Support strategic initiatives and process improvements

Ensure alignment with Group frameworks as and when required
Regulatory & External Engagement Support

Coordinate regulatory briefings and materials with Regulatory Strategy or Sales ahead of delivery to CEO

Facilitate stakeholder alignment pre-escalation to CEO, prepare arbitrage with COO where required

Support CEO speech writing for external and internal representation, ensure full coherence between various appearances and key lines, ensure full clarity of targets, attendance, objectives of each engagement
CEO Office Management & Representation

Lead CEO Office operations and planning

Representing CEO in internal forums as requested

Coordinate CEO external profile including partnering with Communication, Marketing and Regulatory Strategy teams

Represent CEO at external engagement as required (think tank, conferences etc)
What You'll Bring

Experience in Business Management, Chief of Staff or COO Office role in regulated industry

Experience with Boards and senior leadership in an international and matrix-based environment

Strong performance management and reporting skills
