Global BPO Financial Consolidation & Reporting (M/F/X)

Within the Global Finance department, you will report to the Consolidation and Reporting function, a team responsible for preparing and reporting the Group’s consolidated IFRS financial statements (covering around 50 entities worldwide) for Sephora.
This role will involve working with teams across Global Finance, regional entities, and LVMH Holding.
The BPO (Business Process Owner) works closely with Global Finance teams and is responsible for designing, maintaining and deploying actual and forecast closing packages in SYRUS for local entities. Acting as an expert on the Group reporting tool SYRUS (SAP BFC and its satellite tools), he or she will have high communication skills and ability to share knowledge.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
- Create documentation and lead training for Finance community users of Syrus and its satellite tools
- Provide support and expertise to the Finance community in apprehending reporting tools
- Take ownership of development projects related to the Group’s consolidation tool SAP-BFC
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, by proposing new ways of working and/or tools
- Take the lead in implementing Power BI in coordination with Sephora & LVMH Data teams (enrich, deploy, train users)
Participate in workshops to replace BFC, representing Sephora in the LVMH project

Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …
- A Master’s degree (Bac +5) in business, finance, or a related field (e.g., business school or university equivalent)
- At least 15 years of experience, ideally gained in an audit firm, auditing consolidated financial statements, and/or in a similar role within the finance department of a large international group
- Strong accounting and financial knowledge
- Open-minded, good at teaching and a very good communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and a team spirit
- Open to new financial information technologies (data warehouses, data visualization, artificial intelligence)
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Able to work collaboratively in multicultural environments
- Fluent in English
Knowledge of SAP BFC (Magnitude) is mandatory.
