Nous recrutons un Product Manager pour travailler sur un produit stratégique au sein de Sis ID, dans un environnement international et fortement collaboratif.
Le poste est rattaché au Product Director Europe et s’inscrit dans une organisation produit structurée.
Il s’agit d’un rôle de Product Manager très opérationnel, adapté à une personne à l’aise dans des environnements complexes et techniques. Ce poste contribue à des initiatives transverses couvrant plusieurs équipes et zones géographiques, avec une forte dimension interne et une collaboration étroite avec les parties prenantes produit, engineering, data et opérations.

Vos missions au quotidien :
Compréhension des besoins & insights
Remettre en question les hypothèses grâce à l’analyse de données, des ateliers, des wireframes, des prototypes ou des explorations techniques
Traduire les besoins en exigences produit claires (objectifs, parcours, règles, critères d’acceptation)

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and work on a key strategic product in a highly collaborative, international environment. You’ll report to the Product Director Europe and be part of a well-structured product organization.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex, technical environments. You’ll contribute to cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and regions, working closely with stakeholders in product, engineering, data, and operations.
Your daily missions :
Understand user needs & generate insights
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and structure product needs
Analyze current usage, workflows, and pain points
Identify the root causes behind product or operational requests
Use data and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization
Lead discovery & shape solutions
Explore and evaluate product opportunities and their impact across teams
Challenge assumptions through data analysis, workshops, wireframes, prototypes, or technical explorations
Work closely with engineering and data teams to understand constraints and possible solutions
Assess how different data sources and integrations can support evolving use cases
Collaborate daily with distributed teams in Europe, Australia, and the US
Drive delivery & execution
Help define and maintain a clear product direction with the Product Director Europe
Translate needs into clear, actionable product requirements (goals, user journeys, business rules, acceptance criteria)
Actively participate in delivery rituals and support the team throughout execution
Validate delivered features, manage trade-offs, and ensure high quality
Contribute to prioritization decisions, particularly around performance, reliability, and scalability
Support adoption & alignment
Create and maintain clear documentation for users and internal teams
Support onboarding and adoption across different business functions
Share best practices and usage guidelines
Help ensure consistency and alignment across products and teams within the group
Product & technical environment
You’ll be working on a product scope with strong data and technical challenges, including:
Integrating multiple data sources
Ensuring data consistency, quality, and performance
Building systems that power downstream products and teams
Tools we use:
Metabase (data & insights)
Productboard (discovery & roadmap)
Jira & Confluence (delivery & documentation)
What we’re looking for :
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
Strong interest in technical, data-intensive products
Comfortable working with internal stakeholders as primary users
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams
Excellent analytical and problem-structuring skills
Fluent English (C1 level) for regular international collaboration
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
