Our activity is looking for an CBU (Customer Business Unit) OES (Customer) & Program Controller Apprentice for its R&D Center based in Bavans (30 min from Belfort; 15 min from Montbéliard; near Switzerland). The Center R&D from Bavans, with close to 1000 collaborators, develop innovative solutions for sustainable and clean mobility. It is Forvia's global center of expertise on hydrogen storage systems.
What makes the position interesting ?
As part of an apprenticeship contract, you will join the Controlling / Finance team of an automotive industrial R&D site.
Supervised by experienced Controllers, you will progressively develop your skills in financial analysis and in economic performance management of the CBU OES and Programs.
This apprenticeship aims to provide you with hands-on experience in industrial controlling, working closely with the Controlling, Sales, and Program teams.
Your missions:
Contribute to the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of management reports (monthly and quarterly);- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs);
- Support the tracking of development and production costs, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions;
- Assist the teams in budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities, as well as variance analysis versus budget and targets;
- Participate in profitability analyses (products, projects, customers);
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and management summaries for management and senior leadership;
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Program teams to collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects;
- Contribute to the digitalization and automation of reports and key performance indicators.
