Job objectives
Study the industrial capability of heat treatment in compliance with customer specifications and technical and economic constraints
Establish and manage treatment ranges adapted to requirements
Continuous process improvement to optimize industrial performance
Main tasks
Manage new product projects: risk analysis, feasibility studies, checking that materials comply with customer requirements and standards.
Define, carry out and analyze the necessary tests on new parts or treatments.
Define and develop heat treatment ranges
Draw up all working documents required for production.
Carry out first article reviews and compile PPAP files to guarantee conformity of first productions in collaboration with the customer
Ensure full traceability of technical files and operations carried out.
Contribute actively to the improvement of processing cycles and assemblies, with a view to optimizing productivity.
Manage loading tools (baskets, trays, etc.): assembly study, design and follow-up in collaboration with production and maintenance.
Provide technical support on the heat treatment process, both internally and to our customers.
Profile required
Engineer in materials, metallurgy, industrial processes or equivalent, such as ENSIL, ESIREM, INSA, Ecoles des Mines...specializing in metallic materials.
Experience in industrial heat treatment, ideally on high value-added parts and in a demanding environment (aeronautics, automotive, contract catering, etc.).
You are rigorous, organized, a team player and customer-oriented.
