Within the Human Resources Department (HRD), you join the Steering & Business Management team of Natixis as HR Compliance and Transversal Projects Officer. The team, composed of 7 people, plays a key role in the proper functioning of the HR function’s operations: budget management, follow-up on the strategic roadmap, Business Continuity Plan, compliance with HR compliance and GDPR, supervision of major HRM projects, etc.
On a daily basis, your missions will be:
- Regulatory, compliance and controls
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Natixis' conduct system in collaboration with Compliance, Risks in order to meet the needs of regulatory developments;
- Prepare each quarter the HRD’s conduct committees as well as the global committees;
- Establish and update the mapping of HR controls in France and abroad, manage them throughout the year, even conduct some directly (e.g., audits on AMF certification conducted every quarter);
- Follow up and/or ensure the responsibility for remediation actions following the recommendations issued by Compliance during their audits;
- Produce the social component of the CSRD: update each year the HR policies and action plans section, manage the collection of quantitative data in France and abroad in coordination with the HR data service center and finally document the procedures ensuring traceability of evidence intended for internal and external audits.
2. Strategic management / Policies-Process
- Be the guarantor of the portfolio of HRD policies and processes in France and internationally by ensuring their regular updating with the relevant experts in compliance with the standards set by the Governance;
- Contribute to the follow-up of the strategic HR roadmap projects in collaboration with HR domain managers as well as international HR teams: progress status, monitoring of key indicators, definition of next steps;
- Participate in the implementation of a coordination mechanism between HR expertise, HR/HR managers to ensure proper articulation between projects and provide everyone with an overall vision of the strategic HR roadmap.
