What You’ll Do as a Manager Partner Ecosystem at Arteris
Join our innovative team and help shape the future of semiconductor technology, specifically system-on-chip (SoC) and chiplets. In this role, you will champion partner initiatives, sharpen collaboration across teams, and deliver measurable impact in the ecosystem—working closely with the leadership team to align with the company’s partnership roadmap and priorities.
Program Execution: Design, implement, and manage partner programs and initiatives. Track and report on program effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
Relevant professional experience (for example, in business development, program coordination, sales support, marketing, or a related field).
Strong relationship management: ability to build and maintain trust, set and align expectations with internal and external stakeholders, navigate disagreements constructively, and sustain productive collaboration over time.
Strong execution, prioritization, and negotiation skills, with practical familiarity with how partners engage in partner and channel contexts.
Bonus Points If You Have:
€70,000 to € 90,000 annually. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
