The Sales Team is looking for the new Sales Manager Europe, for the France, Italy, Spain, Portugal Benelux & Israel markets, to join the Paris Corporate Office, starting from August 2026.
Missions :
Promote and sell the hotels in the Collection
Develop hotel sales and optimize profitability in European markets
Participate in implementing sales policy
Regular reporting and measurement of actions (results, statistical monitoring, assessment, corrective actions)
Negotiate with customer accounts
Propose and implement various sales activities in your market
Stimulate and monitor contracts and sales actions
Build customer loyalty and develop new customers
Attend trade shows worldwide
Develop synergies between hotels in the Collection
Analyze competition and markets
Participate in setting annual sales targets

Education and experience :
Master's degree in Hospitality/Business School/Management, Luxury Goods, Tourism or Hospitality.
With 1 to 3 years' proven experience as a Sales Manager.

Fluency in French, English and a 3rd language would be a plus.
