Your role
Role Purpose
As part of the F&B Division - Dairy Category, support and drive the delivery of our Dairy strategy across the regions.
Acting as the category expert, business enabler, and trusted communicator, this role connects strategy, innovation, and commercial execution across a complex international matrix organisation and represents the category confidently in front of strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities
Category Strategy & Leadership
- Own and drive the category strategy, positioning, and growth roadmap
- Define and track KPIsfor strategy and innovation initiatives, ensuring delivery and accountability
- Monitor category sales, profitability, and performance, aligning corrective actions with Sales
- Act as a facilitator and enableracross Portfolio, Marketing, R&D, Technical and Sales teams
- Communicate and defend strategic priorities clearly and convincinglyat senior level
Category Innovation & Insights
- Lead category intelligencecovering market, trends, customers, competitive and consumer insights
- Own the end-to-end innovation processfor Dairy
- Build and manage a consumer-driven, customer-led innovation pipeline(mid & long term)
- Apply best-practice EPIC processesto ensure speed, quality, and impact
- Lead cross-functional innovation projects in a matrix environment, aligning without formal authority
- Represent EAME prioritiestowards global functions
- Develop external innovation partnerships(start-ups, universities, knowledge hubs)
- Track pipeline performance and ROIand drive corrective actions
- Feed category priorities into S&OPand drive effective commercialisation
Key Account & Customer Engagement
- Act as the category expert with sales teams, providing credibility and expertise
- Support sales teamsas a core stakeholder in the process
- Contribute actively to customer-facing discussions, confidently presenting strategy and innovation pipelines
- Ensure strong execution of innovations through Market Clusters
About you
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or similar
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Dairy Category Management
- Strong business mindsetwith strategic and commercial acumen
- Excellent communicator– clear, convincing, and confident internally and externally
- Proven enabler and facilitatorin complex matrix organisations
- Strong innovation and project leadershipcapabilities
- Ability to influence without authority
- Solid analytical & presentation skills, both internal and external
- English fluent mandatory,French and/or German an advantage
- Willingness to travel around 10-15%
