Job Description
yhangry is seeking a local Private Chef for private villa and vacation rental bookings across the Tourrettes-sur-Loup area and wider Côte d'Azur — with dates available from 13–14 May and 19–20 May.
The role involves either cooking on-site for guests or preparing meals they can heat and enjoy at their convenience.
Responsibilities
- Cook on-site for 8 guests
- Design bespoke menus tailored to client dietary requirements
- Source fresh, seasonal, high-quality ingredients from local markets
- Deliver a seamless, low-maintenance experience — guests should barely notice the logistics
- Leave kitchens spotless and well-organised after every booking
- Communicate clearly with the yhangry team on bookings, timing, and any special requirements
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Vence, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Grasse, or the Alpes-Maritimes area
- Proven experience as a private chef, restaurant chef, or high-end caterer
- Comfortable cooking elegant Provençal, Mediterranean, or contemporary French cuisine
- Flexible and reliable — bookings can be for single dinners or multi-day stays
- Professional, personable, and discreet with private clients
- Valid food hygiene/health certificate preferred
