Your mission: Manage Quality performance in a demanding environment.
Reporting directly to site management, you will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our Quality Management System. As a true relay of the Quality strategy, you are the guarantor of compliance, process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities:
Managing the QMS: Leading management reviews, process reviews and quality meetings.
Ensuring compliance: customer specifications, EN 9100, NADCAP standards, internal and external audits.
Facilitate problem-solving: non-conformities, action plans, quality tools (Ishikawa, 8D, FMEA, etc.).
Supervise audits (internal, customer, certification) and manage quality documentation.
Validate production resources: Follow-up of qualifications, calibration reports, pyrometry.
Manage a quality technician and work with the Methods, Production and Maintenance teams...
Your profile:
Higher technical training: Mechanical or materials engineer or equivalent.
Proven experience ( 5 years) in industrial operational quality, ideally in the field of special processes.
Mastery of quality tools: QMS, EN 9100, NADCAP, problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, QQOQCP, 8D, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal skills, pragmatism, rigor and autonomy.
Fluency in English.
