Cortex XSIAM (Automation) Consultant
Location: EMEA (Remote-based with occasional travel across Europe)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cortex XSIAM (Automation) Consultant to join our Customer’s Cloud & Cortex Technical Services team. This is a customer-facing Professional Services role requiring a highly skilled consultant who can deliver technical implementations, provide expert troubleshooting, and confidently guide customers through complex security operations and automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Cortex XSIAM, with a strong focus on automation, orchestration, and playbook development, while demonstrating excellent consultative and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Cortex XSIAM environments for enterprise customers.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows, playbooks, and integrations within Cortex XSIAM.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for XSIAM, XDR, and SIEM-related use cases.
- Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and recommend best practices.
- Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and technical consultations.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist customers in improving operational efficiency through security automation and orchestration.
- Document solutions, implementation procedures, and technical recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cortex XSIAM, including XDR and SIEM capabilities.
- Strong expertise in security automation, orchestration, and playbook development (SOAR).
- Proven experience delivering Professional Services engagements in customer-facing environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently lead technical discussions, workshops, and implementation activities.
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Language Requirements
- English – Professional proficiency (mandatory)
- French – C1 level or higher (mandatory)
Additional Requirements
- Must be based within the EMEA region.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations across Europe.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in remote and distributed teams.
