Magical Potion Consulting is a Paris-based boutique consultancy that designs and deploys AI-powered digital solutions for its clients — automation pipelines, content systems, SaaS product development. We operate lean and ship fast.
We're growing our delivery capacity so our founder can focus on business development, product strategy, and client relationships. You're the person who makes things real.
What you'll do
- Own delivery end-to-end — take a client brief, propose a solution architecture, build it, and ship it without hand-holding.
- Build AI-native solutions — integrations, automations, and product workflows that leverage LLMs, APIs, and no-code platforms.
- Join occasional client check-ins — present your work, collect feedback, and iterate with minimal overhead.
- Maintain and evolve — documentation, pipelines, and recurring systems stay clean and resilient after you build them.
What we're looking for
- Pre-AI coding background — you've written real code before LLMs existed. You understand what happens under the hood, even when you use AI to go faster.
- Systems architecture fluency — you design before you build. APIs, data flows, failure modes — you think in systems.
- No-code / automation stack — hands-on experience with tools like Make, n8n, Airtable, and their equivalents. You've shipped production automations, not just demos.
- AI tooling literacy — you work with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agents, and know when AI is the right tool and when it isn't.
- Self-managed and async-first — you deliver on time with minimal supervision. You raise blockers early, not late.
- English fluency required — French is a genuine plus for client-facing moments.

- Experience in a consulting or agency environment
- An opinion on what good AI product design looks like
