Context :
Tessan is a fast-growing French healthtech startup on a mission to tackle medical deserts by making healthcare accessible within 15 minutes for everyone. We have deployed over 1,600 telemedicine devices across France in less than 8 years and are continuing to expand .
As part of this growth, we are launching our activity in the United States, a strategic market. This expansion is currently led from France, meaning everything still needs to be structured and built. For this, we are looking for an US Market Business Developer Intern to help support the growth of our company !
Your missions :
1. Build the US pipeline from zero

Identify and target high-potential healthcare partners (pharmacies, networks, local players)

Launch outbound campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) and iterate fast

Generate qualified leads and book first business opportunities

Test, fail, improve until something scales
2. Close the first doors

Engage prospects and structure early conversations

Qualify opportunities and move them forward

Contribute directly to the first US deals
3. Build the playbook

Write scripts, sequences, and sales materials

Structure what works so it can be replicated

Continuously optimize messaging for the US market
Practical details :

Location: Paris (US market operated remotely)

- Education : Business school / university (Master’s level – final year preferred)

Skills:
Strong level of English (both written and spoken – US market)
Strong interest in business development and outbound prospecting
Comfortable with prospecting tools (CRM, LinkedIn, emailing)
Good organization and follow-up skills
