JOB AND MISSIONS
Within CIB IT and Operations, you will join the GBCR - Data Management & BI - ESG & GWF team, which is composed of professionals passionate about data management. In this team, we work on the collection, historization, and distribution of ESG data to meet the growing needs of various use cases, such as the Green Weighting Factor (GWF), a key indicator for steering the climate trajectory of CIB and a differentiating factor for Natixis CIB compared to its competitors. Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is committed to aligning its financing portfolio with a path towards carbon neutrality by 2050 while supporting its clients in reducing the environmental impact of their activities.
On a daily basis, your missions will include:
- Interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders and fostering a calm atmosphere;
- Understanding and challenging business needs;
- Anticipating necessary changes and their consequences;
- Coordinating development teams;
- Adhering to project frameworks (cost, timeline, performance).
The technical stack used is as follows: Excel; Jira; Confluence; SQL; Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).

With a higher education in computer science, you have at least 6 years of experience in Business Analyst IT (AMOA) positions in the field of data management, ideally in a CIB.
You master:
- Excel;
- Jira ;
- Confluence;
- SQL;
- The agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
You are:
- Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and a very good ability to listen;
- Proactive and proactive;
- Recognized for your ability to synthesize and your fluency in both writing and speaking.
You master English with a C1 level.
