Banqup develops and markets the solution jefacture.com in France on behalf of ECMA, a satellite association of the Order of Chartered Accountants. It is a PA-approved invoice and payment management platform.
As a Customer Success Associate, you will become an ambassador for the platform. jefacture.com and will help customers register on our platform.
Responsibilities

You become the ambassador of jefacture.com which aims to support the entrepreneur in their (financial) management

You will motivate and assist accounting firms and other resellers in defining and implementing initiatives to engage their clients and convince them to adopt and use jefacture.com. This mission is always carried out in close collaboration with our sales and business development managers.

You provide administrative support to the accounting firm and/or other resellers in sending mailings, newsletters, webinar invitations, etc.

You are an advisor to SMEs and clarify how jefacture.com brings added value to their business.
