Job Summary
The Innovation and Trade Project Manager at Filorga is responsible for leading product innovation projects and their market launch to drive business growth. He/she acts as the bridge between marketing, sales, and support functions to ensure the relevance and commercial success of innovations. By coordinating the various stages from development to commercialization, he/she contributes to maximizing launch performance.
Key Responsibilities
Innovation Project Management: Coordinate the development of new products in collaboration with marketing, R&D, packaging, and regulatory teams. Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and defined objectives.
Offer Development & Go-to-Market Preparation: Contribute to defining product concepts, positioning, and communication assets. Prepare launches in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Coordination with Sales Teams: Work closely with field teams to ensure strong ownership of new innovations. Adapt strategies based on market feedback and customer needs.
Launch Performance Tracking: Analyze the results of product launches, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify optimization levers.
Cross-functional Coordination & Project Management: Ensure seamless coordination between various internal and external stakeholders to guarantee project consistency and efficiency.
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification: Analyze trends, market innovations, and competitor actions to fuel the innovation strategy.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Marketing, Business, Innovation, or from a Business School.
Experience: Proven experience in marketing project management, innovation, or product development. Experience in the cosmetics, healthcare, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors is highly appreciated.
Languages: Fluency in both French and English is required.
