We've closed a $20M Series A with Index Ventures, we're deployed in 40+ hospitals, and we're scaling fast. Parallel AI was founded by Paul Lafforgue (Polytechnique, ex-Meta, ex-McKinsey) and Chris Rydahl, whose previous company Hublo became Europe's largest healthcare staffing platform. We're 15 people, based in Paris.
We're now hiring a Key Account Manager to help us scale — not just to manage accounts, but to shape how we deploy, how we onboard, and how we turn early pilots into long-term partnerships.
As a Key Account Manager, you'll drive the deployment and adoption of Parallel AI solutions, from strategic vision to production implementation. You're part project manager, part trusted advisor, part bridge between the field and the product team.

You have 3+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or B2B operations with a strong client-facing component
You can structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans
