Tomy France is part of the TAKARA TOMY group, the world’s 7th largest toy manufacturer.
As part of our future development and organisational transformation, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to strengthen our commercial team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You will join our small and dynamic French team based in Annecy (Parc Altaïs), supporting the business during the peak Christmas season while helping prepare the launch of our Spring/Summer 2027 product ranges.
Main Responsibilities
- Update and maintain internal and customer product databases, including product information and visuals
- Provide the sales team and customers with sales and marketing materials
- Create impactful and professional presentations
- Coordinate with external agencies to monitor the implementation of the Christmas communication plan
- Support the organisation of trade shows and exhibitions
- Analyse sales and marketing data
- Handle general administrative and office support tasks
Profile
- Perfect opportunity for recent graduates in Sales, Marketing or Business looking to gain hands-on experience in an international environment
- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role including internships, apprenticeships or work-study placements
- Fluent English is mandatory, as you will communicate regularly with our European headquarters in the UK
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving international environment
- Adaptable, proactive and able to interact with various stakeholders across the organisation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Canva is required
