The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;

Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;

Build up a loyal Clientele;

Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;

Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities.
Operations:

Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;

Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;

Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);

Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;

Involved in the Stock and Inventory;

Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;

Maintain merchandising standards.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.
