Your role & mission
As Deal Flow Compliance Coordinator – KYC, you are a key player in the Group Compliance framework, ensuring that Ayvens complies with Société Générale Group requirements as well as national and international regulations.
You act as a central expert and escalation point for complex and high ‑ risk KYC cases, contributing directly to the protection of the Group against financial crime, corruption, sanctions and reputational risks.
This position offers a unique blend of technical expertise, international coordination and strategic exposure.
Key responsibilities
As Deal Flow Compliance Officer, you review and validate high‑risk and complex KYC files escalated by Ayvens entities, assessing risks related to AML/CFT, corruption, international sanctions, ESG and reputational exposure.
You act as a trusted advisor to local Compliance teams, providing guidance on complex due diligence cases, sanctions/PEP hits and corporate structures, while ensuring alignment with Group standards.
You serve as a key escalation point to Société Générale, contribute to Group‑level governance and decision‑making, and produce clear reporting and dashboards for management committees.
You also support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing trends, identifying incidents, emerging risks, and contributing to training, awareness and process optimization across the Group.
Your profile
Education & experience
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Law, Finance, Audit or Risk Management
- Initial or confirmed experience in KYC / AML / Compliance or internal audit
- Experience within an international or regulated environment is a strong asset
Languages
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Professional proficiency in French (written and spoken) required
Technical & analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, anti‑corruption and international sanctions frameworks
- Ability to analyze sanctions/PEP screening results and adverse media, and differentiate true risks from false positives
- Solid understanding of complex KYC cases and corporate structures
- Excellent synthesis and decision‑making skills, including for senior audiences
- Strong command of MS Office (VBA is a plus)

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively
- Capacity to explain, justify and defend Compliance positions, including refusals
- Strong sense of internal client service and accountability
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast‑moving international environment
