We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a deep specialization in the EVOLAN Report system within a CIB. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our reporting systems are robust, accurate, and aligned with financial/regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working directly with EVOLAN Report, paired with a strong foundation in core business analysis methodologies.
- EVOLAN Report System Management: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for EVOLAN Report. Oversee configuration, report generation, troubleshooting, and system optimizations.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, map, and document clear business and technical requirements.
- Process Modeling: Design and maintain "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes, data flows, and workflow diagrams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business units, finance teams, and IT/technical developers, ensuring clear alignment.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Define test scenarios, create UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts, and coordinate with business users to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive functional specifications, user guides, and training documentation for the EVOLAN system.
Must-Have Experience
- EVOLAN Report Expertise: A minimum of 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience working with the EVOLAN Report system (configuration, data extraction, and reporting).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. You must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders and writing detailed technical documentation in English.
- Professional Experience: 4+ years of total experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech sectors.
