We are looking for a Legal Advisor to support legal compliance and corporate policies across the region. This is a permanent position based in Monaco.
Reporting to and working together with the Legal Manager, the successful candidate will have to :
- Review and amendment of contracts, draft of addendums and review/draft of corporate documents
- Collect supporting documents related to claims/disputes
- Update legal databases, organize files
- Do legal researches
- Perform legalization of documents and other legal formalities
- Follow up the legal expenses and other reporting
- Assist in the implementation of internal policies and processes
- Administrative tasks related to Legal matters

Prerequisites :
- Master 2 degree in Business law
- Minimum 2 years-experience as Legal Counsel, in an international company or reputable law firm
- Worked in international environment
- Fluent in written and spoken : English and French
- Organizational skills
- Detailed oriented , resourceful, logical minded
- Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts
