Your missions :
Context
The Ceva Beaucouzé Campus site, specialized in the manufacturing of autovaccines and desensitization treatments, is recruiting a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment (GMP).
Reporting to the site’s Technical Department, you play a key role in ensuring industrial continuity and improving production facilities.
Main responsibilities
- Manage a team of 3 maintenance technicians
- Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities
- Ensure the availability and compliance of production equipment (bioreactors, centrifuges, autoclaves, utilities such as HVAC, purified water, steam, etc.)
- Optimize the maintenance plan and monitor performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, etc.)
- Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts, and external contractors
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (5S, TPM, digitalization)
- Ensure GMP compliance, documentation quality, and participate in audits
- Participate in capital investment projects and equipment qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Your profile :
Profile sought
- BTS/DUT/Bachelor’s degree in maintenance, industrial engineering, automation, electrotechnics, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Skills in automation, mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Strong knowledge of GMP, Lean tools, and team management
- Rigor, autonomy, responsiveness, and team spirit
