- Time& Attendance Management:
Oversee time and attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking of working hours, absences, and leaves. Support employees and managers in resolving related issues and ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal policies.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
Execute end-to-end P processes related to T and respective data changes. Maintain accurate records in T system (e.g., Workday, SAP/HR Core, Workforce), ensure timely and compliant processing of transactions in the Case Management System, and collaborate with P Business Partners, Payroll, and Technology teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
- Operational Excellence& Compliance:
Ensure adherence to global and local P policies, labor laws, and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR). Maintain audit-ready documentation, perform quality checks, apply the 4-eye principle, and support internal audits with timely and accurate responses.
- Performance Monitoring& Reporting:
Monitor service delivery performance against defined KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, first-time-right rate), identify root causes of SLA breaches or quality issues, and implement corrective actions. Contribute to regular operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project& Initiative Participation:
Actively participate in country- or regional-level projects and initiatives as assigned by the manager, contributing expertise to enhance operational processes and employee experience.
- Team Support& Knowledge Sharing:
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning within the team. Build work instructions for the handled processes within payroll from end user and specialist perspective.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations in T
- Strong working knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance requirements in France
- Advanced experience with T and case management tools systems (e.g., Workday, Workforce)
- Strong analytical skills utilizing different tools (Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent communication Skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
- Deep understanding of Operational Metrics (SLA, KPI, quality audits)

- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
