We are recruiting a junior HRBP for our Ceva BIOVAC industrial campus to support the local teams and, more generally, the site's growth.
Reporting to a Senior HRBP located on another site, the main responsibilities of this position are:
> Support managers for all HR related topics (individual relations, management, disciplinary issues, HR processes as annual performance reviews...)- > Facilitation of groups (e.g. co-development sessions...), of thematic workshops for managers and/or employees
- > Recruiting new employees (brief, job posting, screening, selecting, and preparing offer) and onboarding
- > Support for the deployment of the employer brand and the local visibility of the campus (job fairs, local student forums, schools partenrships etc.)
- > Supporting employee skills development (building skills development plans)
- > Creating and updating HR documentation (job descriptions, organisational charts)
- > Support for the Senior HRBP in the preparation of social dialogue with employee representative bodies
- > Support for site life and campus HR events
Your profile :
Essential qualities for this position:

- > Good communication skills and an appetite for teamwork.
You have a bachelor's degree in general HR or personnel administration and already have 2 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist assignments.
You are comfortable with writing and speaking English.
The position is available as soon as possible in Beaucouzé (close to Angers).
