We want to hire a B2C Seller Success Manager to contribute to the development and improvement of eBay’s B2C business in France.
This role suits someone who has experience in commercial campaigns, client growth, partnerships, assortment oversight, account management, or marketplace operations.
In this role, you will help build and deliver programs that support seller growth, improve marketplace performance, and strengthen eBay’s value proposition for professional sellers. You will work across local and regional teams, bring together insights from the market, and help turn strategy into execution.

- Support implementation of eBay’s B2C commercial strategy in France.
- Help build, launch, and improve commercial programs that drive seller growth, engagement, and marketplace performance.
- Identify commercial opportunities across priority categories, seller segments, and partner channels.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external collaborators, including sellers, service providers, agencies, and ecosystem partners.
- Partner closely with teams across Seller Success, Category, Marketing, Operations, Product, Risk, and Trust to deliver local initiatives.
- Monitor program performance and track key business metrics to measure impact and find opportunities for improvement.
- Gather market insights on seller needs, competitor activity, and industry trends to help build local priorities.
- Support development of localized propositions, commercial materials, enablement content, and go-to-market plans.
- Support events, webinars, partner initiatives, and other activities that reinforce eBay’s presence in the B2C ecosystem.
- Identify obstacles hindering seller growth and assist in transforming insights into scalable solutions.
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial programs, business development, partnerships, category management, account management, consulting, sales, or a similar area.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in ecommerce, marketplaces, and B2C seller growth.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively across different teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical approach, with confidence using data to track performance and inform decisions.
- Proactive, hands-on, and committed to practical problem-solving.
- Proficiency in French and English, written and spoken. Italian a plus.
- Experience working with professional sellers, merchants, or partner ecosystems.
- Understanding of the French ecommerce and marketplace landscape.
- Experience in go-to-market execution, seller growth, commercial planning, or program management.
