Our IT Department - Group Information Systems (GIS) is looking for an IT Infrastructure Administrator Apprentice (m/f) to be based in Bavans, France.
As a member of the Central infrastructure build team, you will ensure the support of our infrastructure in Forvia’s Datacenters and in the Cloud used by Forvia to ensure a 24/7 activity worldwide.
You will participate on the issues solving and will be in charge of projects preparation and deployment.
Your main missions and roles are to:

Operating systems/Storage/Backup administration and Cloud infrastructure management
Test and validate technical solutions
Follow the technical platform (reporting, KPI follow up and warn in case of ongoing potential issues)
Automate processes
Create and maintain documentation
Create and maintain procedures
Prepare procedures
Business Continuity to deliver and improve the service to our customers:
Ensure that all the systems located in the datacenters are under control/managed/well supported to provide services for applications.
Ensure a good quality of service and documentation
Collaborate among GIT teams to deliver a corporate service to our customers.
Ensure a good level of service for our perimeter (Incident tickets and requests managed properly and in a timely manner)
Project management for a better anticipation:
Structure the operations and projects within PDCA, risk analysis and fail back plan.
Actively participate to major projects and work in collaboration with the competence centers.
