We're seeking a passionate, curious and tech-driven engineer to lead, architect, and integrate AI and automation into every aspect of our company environments. You like building things, optimising, seeing the result of your work and tackling challenges in all shapes and forms.
As an Automation Engineer of the IT & Security department, you'll be a key member of our technical enablement team in your Rennes or Paris offices. This role combines hands-on engineering, project management, and technical guidance. It requires implementing automations and build innovative solutions hand-in-hand with end users.
Proactively identify situations where AI usage is relevant based on your research work and by understanding end-users practices
Curate and maintain a consistent list of AI tooling and providers. Stay on top of AI tooling and trends.
Design, build and maintain AI workflows based on these technologies
Help end-users build AI workflows, provide advice to end-users looking for AI solutions.
Help bring security-by-design to these workflows.
Automation isn’t always AI!

Design, build or develop, and maintain automation solutions to increase productivity and quality of life
Design, build or develop, and maintain automation solutions to support IT & Security processes
The position can be based in Paris or in Rennes (hybrid position). Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.
We are excited to meet you if :
4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent.
Programming skills in Python, Bash, SQL
You have experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) or integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into internal workflows.
You have experience with :
APIs (REST or GraphQL, etc.).
AI tooling (Claude, Dust, Copilot, Gemini, RAG systems, etc) both for corporate users and developers
Cloud-native tech (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
You have a strong interest in emergent technologies, AI and automation, as well as knowledge of modern development practices and tools.
You write and speak English fluently.
Pragmatic Builder: Deliver practical, efficient, maintainable solutions with the user and company context in mind.
Curious: always stay on the lookout for new solutions and technologies. Frequently interact with our end-users to understand their context.
Proactive: We are looking for someone autonomous and mature who takes ownership of subjects rather than waiting for instructions.
