Senior Sales Associate
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly goal-oriented individual with previous experience as a Sales Associate, gained within a modern and structured retail network in the fashion and luxury sector.
Responsibilities:
Drive Sales & KPIs: Achieve individual and store sales targets by delivering a personalized, high-end shopping experience;
Clienteling: Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clients, managing your personal client book;
Retail Software & Reporting: Utilise software for daily transactions, inventory checks, and data entry. Prepare regular sales and stock reports for the management team;
Represent the Brand: Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining visual and operating standards, and leveraging in-store technology to deliver a consistent lifestyle experience;
CRM & Remote Selling: Utilise clienteling platforms and digital tools for targeted outreach, curated lookbooks, and secure remote payments;
Operational Excellence: Perform store opening and closing procedures, manage accurate POS transactions and inventory functions, and adhere to company policies;
Stock & Operational Management: Assist in inventory control, product rotations, and efficient stockroom management to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in Luxury or Fashion environments;
Excellent knowledge of English and French;
Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
Location: Paris
Salary range: 30.000€ - 35.000€
