As we continue to grow our presence in Europe, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business development and deepen strategic partnerships in France.
The Role
As Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating Toly’s growth within the beauty and cosmetics market. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key client relationships, and positioning Toly as a preferred long-term packaging partner.
This is a senior, hands-on commercial role requiring strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build trusted relationships with decision-makers across beauty brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Toly’s beauty packaging business in France
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities with beauty and personal care brands
- Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor
- Promote Toly’s full range of packaging solutions, from concept through to production
- Lead complex sales negotiations and close high-value, long-term agreements
- Collaborate closely with design, technical, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy
- Represent Toly professionally at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in packaging solutions, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or personal care
- A demonstrated and consistent sales track record in B2B environments
- Established relationships within the beauty industry and strong market credibility
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset combined with a practical, results-driven approach
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with global teams
- Fluency in French and English
