Role Summary
R&D Pharma is currently looking to fill a position for Head of Sales. This person would be responsible for building and monitoring a network of on-the-ground sales associates. As well as developing a global expansion strategy for a range of products.
Key Responsibilities
-Creating and Managing a Sales & Marketing Strategy in the European Union.
-Creating and Managing a Global Distributor network for Medical Devices.
-Monitor, track and lead daily operation of Sale Team members.
-Set up distribution network across the EU.
-Building a customer database.
-Communicating with existing customers.
-Handle and manages sales and logistics of final products.
Required Qualifications
-*a Master’s degree (Master’s level qualification)* from a business school, university, or equivalent institution
-Experience in Sales for at least 10 years in the Medical Field.
-Experience in the field of Dermatology for at least 5 years.
-Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to adapt to latest technology.
-Experience with key roles in coordinating sales associates across wide geography.
-Ability to Speak English and French at a high level. Spanish & Italian are also preferred.
-Experience in creating Distributor networks for products and communicating with Distributors.
-Have an existing relationship with Dermatologists and General Practitioners.
-Experience Working with Medical Affairs.
