You join the team as a Compliance Officer for an apprenticeship of 1 year from August 2026.
Within the Compliance & Internal Control Department of VEGA IS, composed of 7 people, you will be under the responsibility of the Senior Compliance Officer and in relation to the following departments: Internal Control, Marketing Department, General Secretariat, General Management.
Reporting to the Senior Compliance Officer in charge of, among other things, the validation of commercial communications and controls related to the VEGA IS code of ethics, in close collaboration with the Compliance teams, Internal control, and in relation to all the teams of the management company.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Participate in the validation of communication and internal or external documentation intended for professional and/or non-professional clients (commercial brochure, digital communication, social media publication, podcast, webex, etc...);
- Perform certain compliance checks in relation to the code of ethics, for example on telephone recordings, gifts offered and received, personal transactions;
- Participate in the updating and administration of procedures;
- Participate in the implementation of the Compliance control plan;
- The follow-up of recommendations issued during inspections;
- Participate in regulatory monitoring.

Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a degree in finance, audit or compliance, in Business School with a legal specialization.
You are familiar with the regulations applicable to regulated entities (AMF, ACPR) and you have knowledge related to asset management regulations, with an orientation towards risk and compliance functions.
You master office tools (Word, Excel with preference VBA, Access, Power BI).
You have strong writing and interpersonal skills and you like working in a team.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
