Join the "Data & Innovation" team within Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking as an AI Solutions Engineer.
We work on data science projects (Data Analytics & Visualization, Generative AI, and Machine Learning) for the CIB's banking businesses to maximize business opportunities. On a daily basis, your responsibilities include:
- Translating business needs into technical solutions by immersing yourself with business teams (front-office, risk, etc.), identifying opportunities, and converting their challenges into technical specifications for AI solutions.
- Managing the scaling-up process in partnership with IT.
- Contributing to technical specifications for production deployment.
- Developing advanced prototypes and target applications, using Python for custom modeling and logic, and leveraging Low-Code/No-Code platforms to accelerate the development of interfaces and workflows.
- Ensuring a smooth transition and that the initial vision is respected.
- Providing technical support, actively monitoring new developments, coaching junior members, and acting as the reference expert for business teams.
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will participate in leading the "Citizen Development" initiative. For projects addressing specific needs, you will drive and disseminate a "citizen development" approach where your applications (often developed in Low-Code/No-Code) are directly deployed and used by business teams, with your support.

With a higher education background (Master's degree level - Bac+5), you have at least 5 years of experience in developing Data/AI solutions with concrete achievements that you have built and deployed into production.
You master:
Low-Code/No-Code Development;
Generative AI;
Cloud environments (Azure or GCP);
The challenges of Market Finance and its data ecosystem;
Dashboard creation using Power BI or code.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, and you are:
Autonomous;
An excellent communicator and teacher;
Pragmatic, oriented towards "building" and results;
Comfortable acting as an interface between business and technical teams.
You have a C1 level of English proficiency.
