Job Description
SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Technical expertise - Act as a technical reference for internal stakeholders - Support and intervene with operational teams in the event of technical difficulties - Provide technical justification for warranty claims and pass on information to internal stakeholders (warranty department, etc.) - Participate in or contribute to the drafting of operating procedures, in collaboration with product teams Intervention - Perform complex diagnostics - Draw up lists of parts required for the work to be carried out, in order to draw up an estimate if necessary required - Prepare work (parts, consumables, tools, etc.) - Carry out complex preventive and corrective maintenance work on equipment (overhauls, etc.) based on maintenance plans and operating procedures - Parameterize and calibrate equipment (on-board electronics, etc.), on the basis of customer application - Escalate intervention reports that mention quality-related problems from materials to product teams - Complete the various business documents and tools relating to operations (reports, etc.). hours worked, logbooks, etc.) - Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.) - Occasionally provide back-up on another perimeter (geographical, sector, activity, etc.) Technical training - Contribute to establishing the skills development plan for operational teams, based on operational needs - Transmit technical expertise and lead technical training courses for internal stakeholders (operational teams, etc.) or external stakeholders (customers, etc.), in collaboration with the technical training teams - Contribute to the validation of the knowledge acquired by the operational teams, in collaboration with the line manager RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Ensure the quality and timeliness of roaming operations - Ensure compliance of workstations and tools (vehicle, tools, etc.) - Act as a technical reference for internal stakeholders - Contribute to the technical training of operational teams - Contribute to the continuous improvement of materials, in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, working alone, etc.) - Know and strictly apply the rules of the customer's risk prevention plan - Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.) - Respect standard times - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules - Perform on-call duties as required PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 level in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering and/or 5 to 10 years' significant experience preferred SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s) - In-depth professional knowledge in the technical field (mechanical, electrical, electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.) - General knowledge of products (ranges, functions, etc.) - General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations - Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Intermediate level in English (A2) Behavioral skill(s) - Analytical skills - Relational skills - Rigor - Pedagogy - Autonomy - Exemplarity - Adaptability - Responsiveness
