We are growing our Oncology team in France and are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to shape the strategy for lung cancer brand and potential upcoming launches. In this role, reporting to the Country Manager Oncology (France), you will lead local brand planning, collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and Sales, and drive impactful engagement with healthcare stakeholders. You will play a key role in delivering important outcomes for patients while contributing to a highly collaborative and purpose-driven environment where your ideas can truly make a difference.

- Lead local brand planning, analyzing competition and identifying growth opportunities
- Develop customer-focused strategies with differentiated messaging for key audiences
- Partner with Medical Affairs to align on integrated brand strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement promotional activities and initiatives
- Analyze performance drivers and propose actions to optimize brand outcomes
- Co-develop stakeholder engagement plans including congresses and HCP interactions
- Build impactful promotional materials aligned with global and local strategy
Work with Sales teams on field planning, meetings, and communication execution
This role requires
- A strong background in marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is required, along with experience in brand strategy and execution
- Experience working in oncology and managing product lifecycles, is preferred
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, creativity, autonomy, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.
- You to enjoy crafting strategy while staying close to execution
- You to feel confident working with cross-functional and regional teams
- Value alignment between medical, marketing, and sales perspectives
