Claimster LTD is hiring a Sales Representative to support customers at the Port of Marseille. In this role, you will communicate with travelers, explain available assistance services, and help them submit the required information when needed.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner
- Explain available services clearly and answer questions
- Assist customers with completing requests or forms
- Record customer interactions accurately
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow company guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and proactive approach to customer interaction
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- English & French language required
