English-speaking 3-6 Montessori Educator
We are currently looking for an English-speaking Montessori educator for a 3 to 6 year old multi age class in one of our centrally located schools in the Bilingual Montessori School Group in Paris.
The position will be a long term contract (Sept 2026) working on a full time basis in tandem with a French speaking 3-6 Montessori Educator and an assistant.
Profile required
- Native English speaker
- Previous experience in a Montessori environment
- Qualified as a Montessori 3-6 years educator or equivalent
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- E.U. national/ relevant up to date papers to work in France
- Passionate about Montessori pedagogy, psychology and child development
- Enthusiastic, caring and a good listener to children and parents.
- Motivated to get involved in the life of the school, welcoming parents, organising and developing educational projects, organising and developing educational projects, taking part in activities, etc.
Skills required
- Ability to adapt and work independently
- Sense of responsibility/reliability
- Capable of working as part of a team
- Good at managing a Montessori environment
- Initiative and creativity
The salary will depend on the successful candidate's profile. The pay package includes contribution to travel card costs, meals, health insurance, welfare provisions.
