About the role :
As part of the Marketing team, you will play an active role in overseeing the company’s marketing initiatives. Your role will involve facilitating collaboration between the various marketing sub-teams (Sales Enablement, Communications, Digital Marketing) and ensuring the smooth flow of information.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director, acting as a key operational liaison and a point of contact for reporting any issues.
The main tasks are as follows :
- Facilitate internal communication and the smooth flow of information between the sub-teams,
- Ensure the alignment and synchronisation of global marketing initiatives,
- Monitor marketing projects (scheduling, budget, deliverables),
- Track the team’s workload using project management tools,
- Manage marketing stock in Paris (printed materials, demo equipment, promotional items),
- Help monitor and optimise expenditure on promotional items, business cards and promotional merchandise (SWAG),
- Administer and maintain the Marketing SharePoint (updates, content structuring, accessibility),
- Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies or malfunctions in workflows,
- Proactively raise issues and suggest improvements,
- Ensure structured and regular reporting.
About you :
- Two to three years of higher education in marketing, communications or an equivalent field,
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage (including internships and work-study programmes),
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail,
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach,
- Proficiency with collaborative tools (SharePoint, project management tools),
- Very good writing and interpersonal skills,
- Excellent team spirit and a facilitative approach,
- Proactive and able to identify issues,
- Rigorous, reliable and able to prioritise,
- Comfortable in a liaison and coordination role,
- Given our company’s international environment, the ability to read, speak and write technical English is essential for this role.
