Job Description: You will participate, and in some cases leading, Digital Transformation & Data Management Projects (inception, requirements
gathering, scoping, evaluation, planning, execution, communication, closing). You’ll work with various teams within a global organization to
deliver successful digital solutions and set up standard processes and practices across the different sites and business areas. Depending on
your speciality area, you may become subject matter expert/lead within Gardner and will contribute with bespoke solutions development and
customisation to meet evolving business needs. You’ll actively contribute to Gardner Digital Transformation Community and participate to
Technology Watch whenever required.
Example Projects/Assignments: Master Data Management, Power-Bi Global Catalogue, Microsoft Power Platform bespoke developments,
Manufacturing Execution System, Indoor Tracking, Assets/Advanced Maintenance Management…
Job Requirements: Ideal role for someone with a keen interest and preparing a master’s degree in the areas of digital transformation,
innovation, new and future technologies, programming and solution development, data analytics and data management. Successful candidates
should be computer-literate and ideally have experience with Microsoft Power Platform Suite (Power-Bi, Power Apps, Power Automate…).
They have some knowledge or are familiar with Project Management methodologies. Candidates have good communication and relational
skills, are keen to develop themselves, are organized and happy to enrol in a variety of tasks.
Professional English required - Partially Remote Work possible - Occasional International Travels depending on assignments.
