Dans le cadre de l’ouverture de nouvelles zones de production classées, le service Qualité de Lallemand renforce sa structuration documentaire, ses plans de surveillance et ses exigences liées à la maîtrise des procédés. Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivé(e), rigoureux(se) et attiré(e) par le terrain pour participer activement à ces travaux.
- Participation aux prélèvements environnementaux : réalisation des prélèvements microbiologiques de surface et d’air, suivi de la logistique des échantillons, pour valider l’efficacité des nettoyages
- Observations terrain : documentation des pratiques opérationnelles, participation aux étapes de démontage/remontage des équipements, analyse des risques HACCP, participation aux essais terrain liés aux validations de procédés.
- Suivi des stratégies de validation procédés : participation aux validations de nettoyage, validations de processus sensibles, relevés terrain, collecte et analyse de données.
- Participation à la mise à jour du plan HACCP / Food Safety.
- Contribution au plan de surveillance environnemental..
- Mise en forme de la documentation selon les standards qualité internes.
Required
- Vous préparez un diplôme dans le domaine de la qualité ou de l’agroalimentaire.
- Vous êtes familiarisés avec les normes qualité (HACCP, ISO 9001....)
- Vous avez un attrait pour le terrain
