Description:
The Station Supervisor is responsible for managing workshop operations and ensuring production targets are met in compliance with company certifications, customer requirements, and health & safety regulations.
This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, workforce management, and regulatory adherence.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EASA regulations and customer requirements.

Plan and coordinate production workflow and manpower needs with the Station/Area Manager.

Assign qualified repair technicians to tasks, ensuring efficient and productive operations.

Ensure all work orders and time sheets are completed accurately and on time.

Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels following company inventory control procedures.
Workforce Management and Training:

Facilitate and oversee training and recurrent training in compliance with EASA regulations, manufacturer’s technical data, and company requirements.

Ensure all employees are adequately trained and competent in their roles within the workshop.

Maintain compliance with RSM/QCM training records for all repair station personnel.

Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve skills and enhance productivity.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:

Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Communicate with customers and regulatory agencies during audits or station visits.

Assist the Station/Area Manager in responding to audit reports and implementing corrective actions.

Ensure system security of the EASA-approved electronic recordkeeping system in areas of responsibility.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment that meets all health & safety standards.

Repair aviation components when required, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Assist in loading/unloading vehicles as necessary.

Requirements:
Skills and Experience Required:

2 year post-secondary diploma ( in aeronautics, general engineering, mechanics and/or industrial production) and/or equivalent qualifications.

Forklift experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of aircraft components maintenance and aviation regulations.

Supervisory experience.

Experience in inventory management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-activity environment while managing operational stress.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.

Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of industry best practices and aviation regulations.
