You will join the Digital Transformation team within the Credit & Resource Portfolio Management department, whose mission is to lead the digital transformation of Natixis CIB's financing businesses and contribute to the redesign of their value chain through the Spark program. We are looking for a Digital Transformation Business Analyst for a 1-year work-study program starting in September 2026.

In collaboration with your supervisor, your main missions will be to:
- Analyze and formalize business needs: contribute to the collection and analysis of needs from Front Office teams (Coverage, Investment Banking, Real Assets...) to evolve their digital tools and processes. Concurrently, demonstrate data analysis capabilities by identifying relevant sources, prioritizing data for governance, and translating data insights into concrete actions for the business lines.
- Participate in solution design: assist the team in designing new features and solutions on our platforms (particularly Salesforce), ensuring user experience and business relevance.
- Lead Data initiatives: drive data governance and quality improvement towards a unified data model for financing, and contribute to defining controls, metrics, and the data management framework.
- Coordinate testing and deployment phases: ensure the acceptance of developments and monitor deliveries with technical teams.
- Support change management: create communication and training materials to facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes.
As a Digital Transformation Business Analyst on a work-study program, you will participate in a strategic project for Natixis CIB: the end-to-end digitalization of the financing value chain. You will be at the heart of designing a data-driven ecosystem, ensuring complete traceability of operations from origination to the life of the financing, and exploring concrete use cases in artificial intelligence.

Student at Master's level (BAC +5), you are preparing a degree with a specialization in Finance, Management, Information Systems, or Project Management. First experience in digital transformation, data, or IT projects in the financial sector. Strong interest in digital transformation and data, with the ability to analyze, prioritize sources, and translate insights. Knowledge of data governance/quality, CRM (Salesforce), banking/CIB, and structured financing. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, as well as very good communication abilities.
