As the Medical Digital Lead, you will lead the charge in breaking down data silos and digitalizing the medical value chain to fuel medical knowledge for a greater patient impact.

You will own the execution of key initiatives within our five strategic pillars, digitalizing the Medical Affairs value chain:
- Insight-Driven Decision Making: Deploy the Augmented Medical Strategy Cockpit to enable rapid, data-backed decisions that shape winning strategies.
- Data as a Competitive Asset: Structure our RWE and clinical data for long-term impact.
- Impactful Communication: Lead the Medical Content to automate medical writing and disseminate medical-proof content that counts.
- Smart Engagement Ecosystem: Enhance the digital engagement ecosystem to personalized medical contents and elevate medical impact.
- People & Adoption: Foster a "Digital, Data/AI Culture" through upskilling programs, ensuring our teams have the future-ready skills to thrive
You will contribute to several flagship initiatives:
- Medical and Patient Insight Management Platform: Create a comprehensive system for collecting and analyzing insights, enabling real-time decision-making.
- Omnichannel KOL Engagement Plan: Develop an integrated engagement plan to interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through digital tools.
- Augmented Medical Strategy Design Simulator: Create a tool that assists in designing and planning medical strategies based on data-driven projections.
Your Key Responsibilities:
