Our B2C KAM role is a pivotal position within our sales organization and reports directly to the Sales Manager France. The KAM B2C France leads the client relationships with assigned French B2C clients and is responsible for building long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships.
To successfully deliver projects and commercial initiatives, the KAM B2C France works in close collaboration with internal support team, including Sales Assistants, Marketing and Category Management, as well as Commercialisation teams. This cross-functional cooperation ensures effective execution of client projects, alignment with brand and category strategies, and optimal market performance.
The role acts as a central point of coordination between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of commercial plans.
