RMC BFM Ads, CMA Media’s advertising sales house, is looking for a Tech Ops apprentice.
As the advertising sales house of the RMC BFM group, RMC BFM Ads markets advertising space across brands such as BFMTV, BFM Business, RMC Sport, RMC Story & Découverte, RMC, and more.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Campaign monitoring and delivery
Monitor daily delivery flows on ad server platforms such as FreeWheel and SpringServe
Identify and escalate delivery issues, including underdelivery, discrepancies, and tracking errors
Participate in quality checks before and after campaign go-live
2. Technical support for traffic and sales teams
Provide first-level support for technical requests from internal teams
Contribute to the documentation of processes and technical configurations
Track incident tickets and coordinate resolution with external partners
3. Tool maintenance and improvement
Help update and maintain activity monitoring dashboards
Contribute to the automation of recurring tasks, including reporting, alerts, and checks
Test new configurations before deployment to production
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s/Master’s level, ideally Bac+3/4 equivalent, in digital marketing, digital transformation, information systems, or a related field
Strong interest in technical environments and AdTech/programmatic ecosystems
Rigour, responsiveness, and a strong service mindset are essential for this role
Initial exposure to ad server or monitoring tools would be a plus
