About the eCommerce & OmniRetail COE
Within LVMH Group, the eCommerce & OmniRetail Center of Excellence (COE) supports Maisons—especially Small and Small/Medium Maisons—by sharing best practices, architecture guidance, research, and delivery support for digital commerce initiatives.
The role
We are hiring a Head of Tech Digital Commerce (Group Level) to drive vision, excellence and innovation in digital commerce technologies among LMVH Divisions and Maisons. A strong focus will be on Salesforce and Shopify ecosystems.
You will work across Maisons and partners to define architecture, guide delivery, and ensure strong Tech foundations for Maisons’ eCommerce strategy. This covers in particular
1. Architecture and expertise around Group’s blueprint for
- the Maisons’ website: SEO/GEO, product discovery, navigation, personalization and web performance;
- the Digital Commerce ecosystem, in particular: social commerce, Ai Agents
2. Rationalization of solutions and deliveries with the factories across Maisons and Divisions.
This role suits someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical architecture leadership, and who enjoys working across teams and Maisons.
You will be working closely with Group business team, aligning the strategy and the initiatives.
Must-haves
- 7+ years of experience in digital commerce technology, solution architecture, or technical delivery leadership.
- Strong experience with eCommerce architecture and integration (APIs, data flows, authentication, reliability).
- Experience with SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) or multi-platform commerce environments.
- Experience in vendor management (setting expectations, reviewing deliverables, ensuring quality).
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban or similar).
- Clear, confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A plus
- Experience with Shopify (architecture, APIs, apps, and integration patterns).
- Experience scaling a delivery “factory” model (playbooks, reusable components, governance).
- Familiarity with technical SEO, personalization platforms, search/product discovery, or performance tooling.
Experience in a global, multi-brand organization.
