- Overall accountability for the integration and alignment of Business Intelligence, Procurement, Business Operations and Business Pricing
- Ensure consistent decision making across functions through clear governance structures, ownership and decision rights
- Act as the coordination & escalation point for cross functional/cross entities discussions, seek for potential conflicts resolution

- Serve as a strategic sparring partner to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Translate commercial, supplier and operational strategies into clear business frameworks, priorities and execution models

3. Business Intelligence & data driven decision making
- Overall responsibility for the Business Intelligence strategy, including analytics, forecasting, dashboards and decision support capabilities
- Ensure effective use of data and insights to support pricing, purchasing, inventory levels and operational decision making

4. Procurement, Supplier & Cost Economics Oversight – This scope could be reduced due to EMEA harmonisation & centralisation by the end of CY27
- Responsibility for supplier economics & interactions, key cost drivers and procurement governance (ie inventory level, purchasing strategy for focus suppliers, enhancement of supply)
- Ensure strong alignment between procurement strategies, pricing frameworks and commercial objectives
- Oversee risk management and ensure audit and tax defensible processes, including support for internal and external audits

5. Pricing governance & margin frameworks
- Ownership of pricing governance, pricing principles and margin frameworks to accomplish profitability goals
- Ensure consistent application of pricing rules, shipment compliance and exception management across EMEA, including Digital strategy
- Balance competitiveness, customer value and profitability at regional level

6. Business operations & process excellence – This scope will be reduced due to EMEA harmonisation & centralisation by the end of CY27
- Overall accountability for operational efficiency, scalable structures and end to end business processes to support the Sales organisation
- Drive standardisation, continuous improvement and operational excellence across departments

- Ownership of the end to end control framework across pricing, procurement and operations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls and regulatory requirements
- Act as senior counterpart for Finance, Tax, Audit and external partners

- Lead, coach and develop senior leaders and their teams across the different functional areas
