Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities in an EHS environment
- Solid knowledge of construction site safety practices and risk analysis
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. )
- Proficient in IT tools and digital systems, with mandatory use of a digital EHS management platform on the project
2–3 year degree (Associate/Bachelor level) in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
Minimum 3+ years of experience on construction sites
If possible, experience in:
- EHS team management (minimum team size: 4–5 people)
- Safety, Health, Environmental experience required
- Construction safety experience required
